Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because rust-pdf is a digital product whose license key is delivered immediately, the following terms apply.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Software does not work for your use case. To be eligible, contact us with a brief description of the problem so we can try to help first. This guarantee covers a first-time purchase of a license.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, including your purchase/session reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Subscription renewals
Annual renewals are not automatically refundable. You can cancel any time before a renewal date to avoid the next charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and you keep access until then. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.
4. What is not refundable
- Requests made after the applicable window above.
- Purchases where the license was used in production beyond evaluation, except where required by law.
- OEM, volume, or custom agreements, which follow their own written terms.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU/UK or LGPD-related rights). Where those rights apply, they prevail over the windows stated above.
